Cancellation & Refund Information

Payment of deposit or full package fee confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.

Global Dance Productions, LLC uses a Payment Schedule ("Layaway Plan") to help facilitate the payments and expense of the trips. The "Layaway" payment schedule(s) noted for each trip must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made.

All rates are effective on the date the trip is published and may be subject to change without notice until a deposit is received. Lock in your reservations at the current published prices. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate.

All payments to Global Dance Productions are non-refundable but are transferable. This is because Global Dance has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This is how we can keep our package prices low and allow you to use the "Layaway" payment plan for your vacation.

Unfortunately, circumstances may arise that may cause you to cancel your trip. Global Dance Productions always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if its not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment.

To avoid increase in your package, your roommate(s) must make their reservations within 14 days of your reservation. You must ensure that your roommate(s) are making timely monthly payments.

Any late payment requests must be submitted before the final payment deadline. A late payment fee of $150 per person will be charged after the final payment date.
